At least eight houses were damaged in Donetsk’s Petrovskiy district by Ukrainian forces shelling overnight, reported district administration head Maksim Zhukovskiy on Thursday.
“Kiev forces overnight strikes damaged houses in Chekhov, Petrovskogo and Tomskaya Street; the house in 19/2 Chekhov Street took a direct hit,” Zhukovskiy said.
The shelling damaged a gas pipe near Chekhov Street and caused partial power outage in the district. No civilian casualties have been reported. Earlier reports said Kiev forces fired almost 150 artillery and mortar rounds at DPR territory over the past 24 hours.
