ISIS spreading leaflets threatening genocide (PHOTOS, translation)

These leaflets were spread among the population of the Southern Hama (Ar-Rastan, Tell-Bissa, Al-Latamna) before Syrian governmental forces offencive.
It basically says that ISIS asscoaites itself with the so called «moderate opposition».
«If you are against a ruler who is named to be an islamic one — so you are Kafir (unbeliever). If you are against revolutionary ruler, you are a traitor. So you know that the Revolution and the Religion both engage you standing against tyranny».
The villages where people aren’t about to obey rebels and islamic militants, suffer from regular shellings.
