56 y.o. resident of village near Volnovakha was detained by Secret Service of Ukraine.
According to its official reports he reported Ukrainian armed forces manpower and armaments transfer and movements to "separatists" over mobile phone.
Some time before a girl was detained on the same charge. She was reportedly killed after tortures.
